Yes, you will get a proof you must respond to by phone, email, or fax that the proof is approved. We will let you know we got the approval. At that point you will not need to do anything else. We do our best to send proofs in 1 business day.

Due to your screens calibration you may see slightly different colors than you will get on your final product. We do our best to use industry standard colors when printing your item.

If you know or require a pms color we can get an approximate match, but please leave a comment for us on the next screen.

Yes, your layout on your proof will be used when building the high resolution image we use to print.

All of our texture fills (flag, diamond plate, etc) are printed and will not be metallic. Please note that your final product may look slightly different that the proof representation of the fill. It may be smaller and in more detail, although we will do our best to match what is on the proof.

We offer rush service. You may select it during the shipping selection while placing your order. We can normally ship rush orders the next business day or in some cases the same day but you must call to confirm. Otherwise it will be put in front of all other orders and shipped ASAP.
